Home learning ideas for Art …
From recycling – create a creature or monster and give it a name.
If you have chalks could you do some chalk drawings on your path ? Or in your Garden ?
Write your name in large bubble writing and include patterns. Be as colourful
as you can !
Be a land artist – create a temporary picture using natural objects from your garden and photograph it !
Create a portrait of yourself but give yourself crazy hair ( colourful and patterned )
Draw around your hand lots of times, letting the drawings overlap and then colour them in using primary and secondary colours ( when red and blue overlap do that purple, red and yellow … orange, blue and yellow … green )
Create a mandala ( a round pattern work and include images of rainbows and clapping hands ( you could hang it in your window ! )
If you have any stones … maybe you could draw on them … create a creature or just a lovely pattern with pens or paints.
Remember you can email school with photos of your artwork !
Stay creative !
